Awesome customer service after complaint
A big thank you to Jaco for handling the complaint I laid a month ago and going the extra mile updating me weekly with feedback and make sure that he get me a new Zumba dvd. I am humbled and thank you very much, I do appreciate all the efforts taken indeed you are the best. Wish all stores would have people like you with good customer service.
