Aweful service -REF : JD COMPLAINTS ***

I cancelled an order, then the goods were delivered and I told the driver that they must take the goods back and they said they are not allowed to. I originally sent them the request on the 27th of October and they said they would arrange collection and refund me. Every day I phone them and hear nothing back. I want the goods collected and refunded.
