Aweful Business Practice!!!

I also ordered a fridge from this retail store... Guess what!!! Nothing has been delivered to date even though they're online site states "To Be Delivered in 2-5 Days"... I have wasted my airtime calling their Kimberley Branch and Head Office with no luck... Now seems I can't even get my refund because again... Who do I speak to???

Worst decision I have ever made buying from this shop!!
