Avoid HiFiCorp Online
Save yourself the stress and avoid online shopping at HiFi Corp.
I received a delivery confirmation text indicating that my order would arrive on 11/12/2025 and the day came and went with no communication. Only on 14/12/2025 did they send a text with a new delivery date for 17/12/2025. I am still awaiting my order but honestly this has been a disappointing experience. When I’ve called the customer care line it takes over 10 minutes to get through to someone but the agents barely gave feasible solutions or had clarity on what is happening. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid online shopping with HifiCorp.

17 Dec 2025, 15:09On 17/12/2025 HifiCorp issue me a new order number for the third time since I've placed my order. The new expected delivery date is 19/12/2025. What is annoying here is the run around they give me. Avoid placing your order from them. The experience is inconvenient and not transparent. To spare yourself the trouble, go with a different store.
