What Is the meaning of customer service I ask?

Well clearly Violasha at the Hifi Corporation in Springfield Park has no understanding of the meaning and clearly Hifi Corporation do not train their employees in Customer Service.

No smile, bad attitude and irritable and unhelpful demeaner does not define customer service.
