@Hi fi corporation refuses to replace broken TV bought less than a year ago

I bought a TV last year 27/11/2021 at hi fi corporation cornubia kzn. The TV was 3999 50inch sinotec. The TV became faulty and we sent it back in September after waiting they told us on 15/11/2021 that the TV is not fixable and they do not want to replace it. They want to refund the money. But when I tell them I want a new TV they outright refuse. Even the store manager refused. Please assist. As I feel they sold me a faulty TV and now have no good faith to replace it. The refund is just a slap on the face because they know that I can not get the same size tv right now.
