Ask about the 3 year warranty or you will lose it

On March 2020 I purchased 2 Lenovo laptops from Hi-Fi Corp Empangeni(which by the way both in for repairs) that were on special at the time which came with a 3 year warranty, what I was not informed was that I needed to register them on the Hi-Fi Corp site. I called the store to complain about this and was told there is nothing they can do even though I was not informed, and a manager would call me to see what they can do. Obliviously no call back yet!!! I don't need apologies I need my warranty!!!!!!!!
