Arrogant staff at Hifi Corp Pinecrest Centre

Hifi Corporation in Pinecrest Centre is the most useless store.

Their service is absolutely terrible, their shelves are empty, they have no sales people in the store to assist customers, their guard doesn't bother whether your hands have been sanitized and their staffs attitude stinks.

On Sunday, June 5th 2020 at 1:20pm we went to the store looking for a portable speaker. The guard did not care to sanitize our hands or check temperature as most do.Their shelves have hardly any products, there is no staff to assist you. I went to the till with the speaker to get a price. At the till there were 5 staff talking and laughing. I asked the cashier why there were no staff to assist in the store as there should be somebody in the aisles to assist with testing of products, prices and information. She responded in an arrogant way that they were short staffed.

Short staffed, but they have 5 staff that were standing and talking with each other, laughing and joking.

There was another family there. I guess all 5 of the employees there were more interested in assisting them all at once since they were all the same race. They say ****** must stop, but the sad truth is that if you are an Indian you will always get the bad end of the stick.

This store is pointless. It is empty and with arrogant staff like that, they will never be successful.
