Arrogant and Rude Store Manager

I would like to report the Store Manager for admitting to me Hisense and Sansui and another brand have that green lines on the side so why sell defective TVs???.I brought my TV in to N1CITY store to test it out and all the sales staff said my TV is not supposed to be like that...I have pics to prove that my TV was the only TV not playing right out of your own store display....and it's been more than 21 working days regarding getting my TV back from repairs and it was told to me if nothing was communicated with us we can ask for credit it's our right....we didn't hear any feedback regarding what was wrong or the outcome only heard by your staff . Please sort this out before I'm going to take this further.
