approved for credit after 2days declinesl

Last week monday i went to hi fi corporation in westgate to do application for hisense 420l, freezer and washing machine 7l , on thursday i received a call from the lady who assisted me with my application she telling me that headoffice called and said we can continue with my application and that i was approved for R15 000 we then finalised everything, on saturday she called me and told me i was again declined due to my salary for september which all that doesnt make sense to me as i have provided my latest payslip for november why would i be judged on my old payslip and being told of affordability due to september salary , why would they bring my hopes up and now this i am so dissapointed and this is totally unacceptable as i was given false hope and they really did abuse my feelings.
