Appauling/Terrible/Horrible store experience at festival Mall, Kempton Park

I experienced the worst treatment from Hifi-corp in Festival Mall/Kempton Park, went to enquire about the new tv which was about 10 days ago from them that it was failing to connect to Bluetooth, i asked if any of their staff can accompany me to check the issue , i was advised that store policy does not allow it or io should pay R1100 for installation, i rejected the R1100 price tag since pairing bluetooth devices can even be done by a 10 year old or 3rd option which i took; that i should rather bring it back to the store to do proper settings, drove back home which is about 10km radius and brought it to the store, upon switching it on the sales person informed me that it was broken, Manager Eben & Almunia Matsapola told me since the screen was broken the warranty will be voided and i need to fix the screen myself. i was told "you should have got Tech Savvy individual to do it", i advised them i had the Dstv installer who came to mount it and do the settings for which i paid R1800 already and i cannot pay another installer just to do a bluetooth connection as if pairing the bluetooth requires a rock scientist. They evacuated me out of the store by calling the security guard and told me i must go Viral or anywhere else, they dont care and nothing will be done about my matter.
