Appauling Servie

Poor Service! Have bought a retro pedestal online 6th of August. It got delivered on the 10th of August. Lodged a complaint on the 11th of August via email. Product came disassembled. Boards are predrilled and holes does not align. Last correspondence was on 16th of August saying matter will be resolved and an agent will revert back to me within 48 hours. Went to local HiFi Corporation store to resolve the matter. Photos have been sent via whatsapp, via messenger, via email. No resolve! Speaking everyday to call centre, got hold of the whs where the issue has been escalated to. No manager would return my calls! No feedback from them to resolve. Still more than a month have a unusable product I paid for. I have never experienced such poor service. Perhaps I will draw attention now and see if I get feedback! Horrific!
