Appauling customer service

I ordered a gas stove onlive 2 weeks ago and when it was delivered the stove had a faulty storage compartment. I immediately requested an exchange but up until now noone is willing to help. I have to call them everyday but I still get the same response that the matter has been escalated but nothing is being done. I REGRET BUYING FROM HIFI CORPARATION AND I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM. It is such a waste of time.
