Appalling Service from HiFi Corporation

I have received appalling service from HiFi Corporation. Ordered a Fridge on Saturday. Received an sms that delivery is due on Tuesday. Tuesday the delivery driver phones and confirms that he will arrive at 12. He phones back and says he got the wrong fridge in the truck. I receive another call from someone else and they say it's the correct fridge in the truck. Then I receive an sms saying delivery date is now Thursday. I phone and logg a complaint, they say someone will call me. Thursday arrives...no fridge. I call the call centre and they say the delivery number smsd to me does not exist. Someone from despatch in Jetpark will phone me...no one calls me. I phone again and ask for a manager, they said someone will call me back...no one calls me back. I phone again and they say they are waiting for feedback from despatch....I logged a complaint 2 days ago...how long must I wait for despatch to find my fridge. My food bought on Tuesday in anticipation of the fridge is gone off...who will compensate me. Do not have an online store if you cannot manage deliveries. I will never buy from you again. Disgusting Service levels.
