Appalling service delivery

Utterly disappointed in the poor service delivery of HiFi Corp online. We ordered a laptop online & paid the full amount with a company promise of delivering within 2-5 working days. It is now 2,5 weeks that have passed since ordering with no delivery & not a single call centre agent, store manager, or anyone can give us an update on our order. Not a tracking number, no idea where the order is, nothing. We were also promised that a support agent with contact us within 24hrs, a week ago, & nothing. HiFi Corp is such a large & established company, that this is not the kind of service expected from them.

The company has failed in keeping their promise. There is no way that this could have been voted the best electronics & appliance store with such poor communication & service delivery.
