Appalling service and unprofessional approach

Ordered and paid for a notebook online to collect in store I went to see that very day. No one told me when I did the payment that the branch or whoever has no stock until the next day. It was purchased via mobicred payment but hi fi Corp should have the professionalism to say they have no stock and I would have gone elsewhere. I need to go overseas and needed that, now I am delaying my trip for what they say is going to take until end of next week. Really appealing professionalism, and everyone seems clueless at the branch. Would never advise a soul to shop at hi fi corp
