Appalling service and fed up clients

I purchased 3 items at HiFi corporation. They sent me a demo fridge, broken washing machine and demo dishwasher. I then asked them to fix the damaged washing machine. They tell me it is not in their stock list. So that means they have sold me a written off item. I'm going to meet up with a lawyer to open a Court case for not only giving me bad service but for selling me broken items knowingly and being nonchalant about fixing those items. They know me in the N1 city branch. I went there countless times trying to get them to fix my machine. Not to mention selling me a damaged fridge, with dents and scratches. I'm waiting on legal council because we are also heading for consumer protection rights which have been violeted by HiFi corporation. Once that's done I am heading to the news papers to share my story on how I paid a brand new price for damaged goods. At this point I am fed up with their nonsense
