Appalling service

I have had the worst experience dealing with Hi Fi Corporation online department. I made an order on the 28th of March 2019 for a sound bar. Everything was completed as per their online request including their payment. Their given delivery turnaround time is 2-5 working days. Till this day 18/04/2019, I have not received my parcel and am not getting an answer as to when the device will be delivered. This is appalling service and will never ever purchase anything from Hi Fi Corporation whether store or online.
