Appalling Customer Service.

Just spoke to Fortunate from the call centre, she advised that my ticket was closed because they told me that SkyNet informed me that they don't have transport to deliver my un-assembled desk. How big is this desk that it takes them 2 weeks to get a proper vehicle to bring the desk to me? This is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want the desk i ordered and paid for, not these **** stories and sheer incompetence. So pathetic.
