appalling customer service and refund policy

I bought a tv from hifi corp in bloemfontien 3 weeks and i found the tv faulty and returned it the next and requested that the store refund me back my money.The store took down my details for the refund process and told me that the refund will take 7 working days because it has to be done head office, 7 working days came and past and till this day i have not yet received my refund and the store manager keeps lying to me and telling me that the money has been paid into my bank account and i should wait 48hrs for it to reflect and still nothing after 48hrs went back agian days later they told me i will recieve the money the next day first thing in morning,still nothing, came back day the ,they come with another story.i am sick and tired of hifi corp bloemfontien *********** management and the lies they keep telling customers,i have reported the matter their customer service center and i haven't recieved feedback from thier head office yet.im seeking legal advice on how to get money refunded and for all the expenses i have used running back and forth to the store.
