Appalled

Hi, have a huge problem with your service. On Tuesday I ordered an office desk (***-1) and I was expecting to be delivered within 2-5 working days as per your modus operandi but today is day 6 and I still haven't received my goods and this is really frustrating because I do not get any communication from you guys, matter of fact I am the one running behind you and this is getting tiring because it seems no one is accountable for my delivery and I must just sit down and take it. This is very appalling.
