Appalled by service

If anyone had told me about Hifi corp warranty I wouldn't have purchased an iron from them. I bought an iron from Hifi Corp on the 27 May 2022 R799 at N1 City, the second week on Feb it just stopped working,

I took it back to Hifi Corp, it was still under 1 year warranty, It was infact 9 months old; they said they will take it to repairs which will take up to 21 days, I didn't appreciate the attitude I received from Mamela when I asked her about the 1 yr warranty, why was not I told that it's infact 6 months, she said I cannot ask her something iwas supposed to be told by sales, she is not sales, the warranty is 6 months but for CPA it's 1year, I didn't even understand what that meant,

So I must not iron for 21 days, hay, I am so appalled.
