Another unhappy customer

I will never buy items at HiFi corporation again. If it breaks and a staff member determains it was your fault (even though they hardly checked it), they will not fix or replace or provide any guidances on how to resolve the issue.

I bought a blue tooth speaker and the power supply broke after one month. I was told it was because I inserted the plug incorrectly. I have multiple items using the same type of power source without any issues.

No proper investigation to check if the product was possibly faulty. Just immediately the comment - it was the customer who broke the item.

So now I sit with a brand new speaker that I can't charge.

In short - I will never recommend HiFi corp to any one. I will rather support other businesses. In this current economy, looking after your customers is definetly not one of your priorities.
