ANNOYED

On the 13th of November I app**** online for credit i got a response saying that i have been provisionally approved for RX amount i go to store with my documents and submit them the store still confirms that i do qualify and can choose what i want so that a quotation can be made and that was done i was then told i would be called on monday the 18th of November to collect my items.

i call in today the 19th of November and i get told my application was declined how so i couldnt get any explanation.

I got another offer and declined that offer trusting HI-Fi to assist me but they seemingly failing me.
