***** and unfair treatment and false promises

I'm not happy at all with the service I received from the store,I bought two phones on contract the other one was not 100% functional I took it to back to the store within few days of receiving it, I was not informed that I will wait for 21 days for my phone to be repaired neither it was written on a job card but is it was promised to be repaired soon.I reported that I urgently need a phone to be repaired as my old phone is not functional,when I call to enquire about the progress of the Repair, was told that they will revert back to me,I kept on phoning the store regarding the collection of my phone, unfortunately i couldn't success in getting my phone repaired and no one wanted to take responsibility in assisting me.I was so concerned until I requested to return the other phone and cancel the contract as there was no value of money,and yet my account was debited.I'm not looking forward to the 2nd month of debit order without a phone,and this was reported before 1st debit order, the worse part is that I was not informed of the higher amount of debit order, the information was just misleading ,and initially I went to the store to apply for Vodacom contract I was told I don't qualify to get Vodacom contact but Telkom that was even higher than my budget,I had to consider it because I needed a phone.what really annoys me is the higher amount debited that was not agreed upon.
