Amazing customer service

Hi in the 21st meand husband went to buy a laptop my 1st ever. We went to incredible next door and was about to buy but the service wasn't the greatest. But I wanted to go back but did a pop jn next door by hifi. I was waiting for assistand I approached a lady who was already busy with 2 customers but she also assisted me. She made me buy a one that has better Quality and and space and explained everything very nicely I ended buying the 1 she recommended with a mouse. She even assisted me with the warranty. I was a very happy customer. Store is in n1 city and the lady name was Robyn
