Amazing Customer experience

I would like to Thank Emanuel Khumalo from the Newcastle branch... he assisted with so much kindness and Ubuntu.. I saw a Hi Sense smart TV that I wanted to buy for my Mom in Gauteng but she stays in Newcastle so contacted the branch there to check if they have stock from the on set Emanuel offered to contact me back as the conversation could talk long and finish my airtime , he contacted me back and I requested that he put one TV aside for me I will send my son and mom to pay for it the following day , on Sat my son went to the store to buy the TV but there was a challenge with the swiping daily limit on the pep money card they had as the daily limit is 3000 and they needed to pay 5700 for the Tv , he still contacted me to advise of the challenge and how we can try to resolve it so a gift card was bought for 3000 and then on Sunday my son will come back and swipe the rest and collect the Tv ....the cashier lady who was assisting with the transaction was also kind Bono

Sunday 22 Nov he contacted me again to advise that my son had collected the Tv and all is went well also give some advise of keeping the slip safe and that the Tv has 4 years warranty...and I was suprised as he said he was off on Sunday but he just said I needed to ensure that Gogo received her Tv and he finishes what he started...
