Allcast drama

I am utterly disappointed with the service I got from Hifi corporation centurion I bought a volkano allcast, I got home and tried to setup, but it appears that the IP address to link up the device is nolonger active, I went back to the store to return the device I was given another device same model before I left the store I requested that the device be tested so that I would not have to go back and forth, they told me that they don't have wifi, so I took the device home tested it again and guess what it also has the same problem, now How many time do I need to Go back and forth, and which company does not have Wi-fi I this day and age, I am using so much petrol and time going to the store this could have been avoided had the damn thing been tested like I requested, I am so annoyed by this
