Bought a brand new 58 inch Orion smart tv cash early year 2024 within a short space of 3mnths, experienced one vivid fine vertical line as the state of it was still smelling new, all attached sticked plastic never being removed as still new. In my arrival the staff opened to confirms no defects signs through its box. Lady booked it and was handed a copy of a Job card and told they will call me. Days passed received a call someone introduced himself as a technician from a workshop central Nelspruit as with confidence he's telling me that as ff EXACT WORD:1- He opened the tv and there's a fingerprint. 2-I mustn't worried there is a way he does, so the store never notice and issues him with approval to fix it. He was on speaker and my husband took over as he first confirms with him the opening of it. 2nd Loudly as he introduced himself to him and clearly told this guy exact words " As tv was opened that was supposed to be in remarks to Jobcard and communicate with store staff. 3rd The way you narrated your story you telling my wife to BRIBE you to do your job and he never responded as he was quite and he hang up the phone. To a month and no communication we both went to store and upon our arrival the same Lady left floor then at the back came with a tv box and instructing us to take tv it will not be repaired and attacking us. humble asked her not to leave store she has to open it and show up picture since we told it was opened. Miss Dafney furious disputing the opening after an hour it was opened as noticed the warrant seal was removed and one try to stick it again clearly visible, *****s with chips as clearly points are marks of a ***** driver. It was re booked to another workshop and instruction from head office as the communication on my phone on speaker and given another Job card copy. After 3mnths quiet went to store for update and Dafney refused we speak to branch manager as a minor will tell it was never sent away still positioned same sport i left previously. TOLD BY DAFNEY WHILE EXCRSIZING MY RIGHTS TAKE THAT TV AND NEVER COME BACK and left it as updated brach mananger now and he was same side as the lady. Kept on calling head office and my pertience paid out a White guy calling me as claiming hes investigating the matter and with Pride reading out all reports and also in agreement that tv had to opened. Then gave him our stament and proves sent to his wattsapp to show evidence that indeed it was ***** the mission of the store staff and the workshop. All communication was forwarded and after that i was ignored and avoided. After 4mnth went to store to take it made peace to fix it myself. In shop asked staff as Dafney was hands on asked her to take full responsibility to package it and take it and secure it safely in my car and she happily comp****. got home and as opening it found Hard object leaning on screen with the name branding of store name. screen with impression marks tells something heavy was stacked on top of it. Also have pictures and video while was opening it and missing power cable in the moment used another supply cable and as powered now not showing anything and with clear visible mark shows screen broken and some weird ink and lines. went to store as it was my husband to show pictures and videos and report it as it was December the 24th as entering the strore door and politely with soft voice try to greet and in the presence of the mananger Miss Dafney shut me up and told never also my wife we set our foot ever in that store, My call head office and she doesnt not care or i call the president and in her closing i apologies showing up and perhaps atleast the cable and she went back and give me one. I then with a smile wish them a HAPPY CHRISTMAS DAY and left. Tv with all objects, cracked screen in box at my daughters study room. Please help me iam depressed.
