Aircon

I bought an aircon online in November 2025, I waited 3 weeks for delivery. The delivery guy was always at a wrong address. Eventually after struggling for 3 weeks the driver request I send him a pin location that's when I received the aircon. In January I got someone to install the aircon that when I saw that the aircon that was delivered is not the aircon I bought. When I check my online profile someone from HiFi Corp changed my order, and that's when it made sense why my order was being delivered to the wrong address. Im still waiting 1 month later for them to collect the aircon and refund me. Nobody is getting back to me. They are ******* changing customers orders going into your account without your knowledge
