After sales support non existent.

At first their prices are good and delivered my online order in about 2 weeks. Which is allright. But 1 month down the line, the laptops screen is sterting to lose it's led's... Like showing red and white spots on the screen... Net even 1 month from purchasing. Now when i trie to get hold of anyone who can assist in an exhange because i paid for a new laptop and received a secondhand thing that loses it's visual clarity in weeks... And is slow as hell for a i5 3050 laptop... I get left on hold for 40 min and can't get a hold of anyone that can help me.

So their after sales service is leterally non existent.... *******... Helpless... Disappointed.
