Additional extra mile

I bought a washshing machine from HiFi corpotation just over two years ago. Then my spinner motor packed up in November 2019. I then reported it to Hi-Fi corporation as i took out the additional warranty offered by them. Then after numerous visits calls and speaking to the promenade branch manager. It was eventually collected in January 2020. Then upon return from repairs it started making a knocking sound. When i checked the spinner drum was busy eating away at the outer frame. I reportrd it immediately. Then after visiting the promenade store and speaking to the branch manager. The washing was replaced. I just want to say thank you too HiFi corporations manager at the promenade branch. Its highly appreciated.
