ABUSE DELIVERY DRIVER FROM HI-FI CORPORATION

I recently bought online a pool cleaner from Hi-Fi corporation store. I paid for the said appliance and awaited delivery. On 6 February 2025 I received the delivery from their unprofessional rude and customercare-less driver. He shouted at me telling me that I was wasting his time whereas he was the one getting lost. He wanted me to walk from my office to where he was parked . It was supposed to be the other way around. He told me that I was not paying him so I had no right to demand that he deliver at office door. This was surprising and told him of my unhappiness because their website promised quick and friendly delivery . He didn’t careless. Subsequent to that I reported him to the company’ HIFI CORPORATION. On 07 February 2025 they acknowledged my complaint with number .*** and promised me to revert within 24 hours. To date I have not heard from them. It seems like they don’t care about customers like their driver. Maybe it’s too petty for them. I felt emotionally abused for being their customer. At least now I know that I need not order anything from them to avoid abuse from their drivers. The conduct which they are promoting.
