Absolutely sickening customer service

I don't know wether a star is worth the lack of service I received at this store. I got there and told them the phone I wanted, was later told we have to wait for the manager Jabu who wasn't in the store and wasn't answering his phone. After 15 minutes he arrives and starts to assist a white couple that found is there. After we confronted him about that he said he will be back shortly only to be told that the vault needs time to be opened. After another 10 mins was told it's not in that vault another one needs to be openedas they do not know which vault the phone is in. After another 15 minutes of us now growing impatient Collen the guys assisting us had now left to assist other people and not following up on the vault,Meshack had to step in only to say it's not in that vault tooso they need to open a third vault. All this time we had to keep asking for updates on the ETA of the vault. Eventually we decided to leave after spending almost an hour while your staff was laughing at us making light of the fact that we are paying customers. This is not the first time I get treated this was here and when I told Jabu he said it's not his fault. DO Not recommend this store and will not be setting foot there EVER!!
