Absolutely shocking!!!

<p>Well, what an experience. Today, I contacted the customer care number on ********** 459 to enquirer about the contact details of their store which has recently relocated to Retail Park in East London. The lady, Lyn, proceeded to tell me that they do not have the numbers, as she works in the complaints division. When I asked for the telephone number for their head office, she told me that she is not allowed to give out the number to costomers.</p> <p> </p> <p>i cannot understand how a nationwide company can do such a thing. I am a customer looking to buy a few flat screen tvs, but if this is how they conduct themselves, I will most definetly be shopping elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>If if your head office feels it has to hide from customers, then I don't need to do business with you. </p>
