Absolutely Poor service and time wasting of Pregnant Customer

Easy credit application my ass!!!!

Did a online application and was approved.

Took all supporting documents to the east rand boksburg branch were the finance lady refuse to assist me.

Went to Carnival branch were Mpho and Steven assisted me after 4 times up and down every time they wanted more documents. Had to redo application on Saturday all over again this is now a week later after the online application just to get a email this morning after i wastes all my time Note: Im 7 and half months pregnant

Please be informed that you application was decline ,reason being they say your salary only reflect one`s on your statement that i must appear three month consecutively that means you can only apply after April.

Why could they have not told me this from the start!!!! Why are the staff not informing customers correctly and wasting so much time!!!!

this is such poor service and a absolute shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
