Absolutely disappointing after sale service

I am beyond disappointed with the service received I received from HI-Fi Corp. I bought a TV set online from them on 4 December 2020. According to their tracking page, my order has been out for delivery since 6 December 2020 till today.

Enquiry email enquiries are not attended or responded to. I think they should stick to walk-in sales and stop e-commerce because it has a compromised service department.
