Absolutely **** overall service and after service care . DO NOT BUY FROMBthis company they will ***** your money and refuse delivery. Bought a 58” Hisense tv on the 30 leg November 2025 and told they didn’t have stock in store but will have it available for collection on the 2nd December 2025. It’s December the 10th and it only have I received no delivery but the store doesn’t pick up calls and the complaints line has me waiting for 20 min on hold before the call cuts because they refuse to provide customer care. I have bought a tv stand and speakers for this tv that seemingly won’t come and there’s no where to complain to besides the national consumers authority. Will be filing a lawsuit this week instead because this is unacceptable.
