ABACUS Insurance and HIFi are pathetic

This is a pathetic company with poor services. I bought a tablet last year in June together with their Abacus Insurance policy was the worst mistake of my life. after few months, the screen of my tablet got broken. I went to HiFi Corporation Kenilworth where I bought the product to find out if you can help with my device. It took them a month to tell me what I needed to do in order for them to fix my screen. They took it in September and brought it back to me in November. Still the screen was not fitted properly. I dropped it in November till today in January , I never heard from them. It is a disappointing experience to buy any of their products.
