Bought a 55inch JVC Smart tv cash from them on 23 Dec 2019 and tv has packed up a week ago , phoned in and they told me to come in with all our documents and tillslip . once we got to them they told me it will take 14 to 21 days for someone from the factory to come and check the tv only after that they will make a decision ... so how will we have to sit without a tv ? is this the propper procedure and how long is it suppose to take ? Kids are not in school , and now without a tv.
