A ******* retailer is HIFI CORP! Don't waste your money!

Zero stars!!! The worst service I've experienced in a long time! ******* of a retailer!!! They delivered a freezer that was clearly not new - physically damaged. Then failed to deliver a replacement several times. The call centre are unprofessional, and apparently trained to blatantly lie to customers! They have no regard for customers and the purposes we buy appliances for for! I will NEVER buy from them again! The treatment is actually disrespectful!! After another hour on the phone, now to try get my money back!
