A customer is a king and Always Right!

Early January this year 2021 , I had intentions to purchase a fridge and microwave from HiFi Corp in Park Meadows .Park Meadows is near Eastgate Shopping Centre .I managed to get my credit application approved however I ended up not collecting the goods .The reason was the sales staff member failed to communicate simple conditions and requirements that the shop needed me to fulfill before I could collect the purchased items.Therefore I had to keep on driving to and from the shop wasting time and money only to be asked for another requirement .I finally gave up and decided to go and buy in another shop .I write here today because this is bad customer service and poor communication skills shown by this team at Park Meadows no customer should ever experience ever!
