A continuation to my story

<p>Hi, I last wrote that Hi Fi Corp had not repaired my washing machine, guess what it is still not repaired! It was 1st logged on the 24th Oct? I have had people come and go, 1st a new drum was required, then that was wrong it needed new shocks but even after the new shocks were fitted it continued to make the same noise while spinning. They then pitched on a Fri afternoon to collect the machine, I said no as I had already said that after all this time they should give me a replacement to use in the interim. Steven phoned me about 8 days ago and asked if the machine was fixed yet? Again he phoned today and asked the same question??? I was then asked to bring the machine to the store!!!! I am 65 years old and my days of ******* around washing machines are long gone. I asked for his Area manager or Regional manager to call. I am seriously fed up, I am holding you to your 21 day repair or a new machine. Sort yourselves out and resolve this.</p>
