My sister bought a 43inch Skyworth FHD smart TV on the 24th June 2023 from Hi-Fi Corporation Carnival Mall and was assisted by Palesa Bitswane. It hasn't been a year owning the device and it nolonger wants to connect to the Wi-Fi. She then took the TV back to the store for repairs on the 10th June 2024 and it was booked by Zandile the store representative. Today on the 21st of June 2024 my sister receives a call from the store saying they can't fix the TV because it has ****roaches she must come collect it. May the Store balance us and make us understand how the ****roaches affect the TV not connecting to the Wi-Fi and how the ****roaches are stopping them from fixing the TV because without it connecting to the Wi-Fi it means it's no longer an android smartTV that she bought it's just a TV.
