75" TV bought at Hifi corporation

My name is Suzan I bought a 75" Tv in Wonderpark Branch,in 2024 on Saturday the 18th of January 2025 we only opened the TV it was still in the box untouched and only to find out that the TV agree is faulty. I called the shop to report but was told there's nothing they can do,called the head office to lay a complaint they also told me they can't help since I do not have a reference number and it's quite shocking because I even sent all my slips since i still have all my invoices as proof. I would like to lay a complaint with you because I am definitely going to take this with the ombudsmen should this matter not be resolved to my satisfaction. This TV was bought cash and I will not allow this kind of behaviour from such a big Company.
