700+ scores shot down

My child app**** online for credit and was granted credit to purchase. When we went in store, 2 days in a row, he was told sorry he had to pay a large deposit. He then approached Incredible Connection who told him his score was too low?? His score is over 700. He is working full time. He manages his debt very well and then they shoot him off and make him feel like he is a bad payer. He paid off his only account of R1000 in 2 months. Do our credit providers not prefer these type of customers? Losing the business is in your future as he has given up on your stores
