6 weeks later, no feedback

My baby sister broke her tablet screen and because we had bought it from hi fi corp they advised we bring it to them and they will send it to the supplier who will give the a quote and the will advise, this was 31 December 2014. we were told the supplier open on the 5th of Jan 2015 and we will have the quote soon after that.<br> <br> we are sitting on 6 weeks now and still no word, I called hi fi corp Menlyn yesterday and i was promised the quote yesterday and well what do you know, I still have no feedback from them, mean while my lil sis has no means of communication because her Christmas gift has been stuck there since new years's eve.
