6 Months Waiting for a Mashine Machine

<p><br />Ive heard enough with HI Fi Corporation and Master Care, a washing machine was reported to the store in March to be fixed.<br />Still no machine as of today . service lodged on the 24 March 2016 with an email sent to Master care by Mzwandile for qoutation JDE-8916-8 was lodged but nothing has been done, have been dealing with the Lady by the name of Lauren ( only helpful when you call her or go inside the store but no positive feedback)<br />They came out and went back to say the washing machine is fixed but it was not , we requested them to come sort it out and they changed their story saying they are waiting for a parts.<br />They then decided to come collect the washing machine to have it fixed by them but still same story no parts, Friday I went to the store mad and the manager seemed to be surprised that the matter went on for so long, she promised to have it by Monday at the store , have been calling a gentlemen by the name of Sabelo who was helpful and phoning to give feedback , I then contacted Mastercare today Spoke to Quinten according to him the system says it has been fixed and no idea where is the Machine ( he said he will get back to me)<br />However it’s been 6 MONTHS AND NO WASHING MACHINE, PAID FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY AND FOR THE 6 MONTHS I BASICALLY PAID FOR NOTHING, I have been suffering for months with laundry and yet Hi FI don’t care that the matter is not resolved, don’t they have a system to make sure their repairs are completed in time.<br />I DEMAND AN URGET SOLUTION TO THIS MATTER ,<br />I NEED A MACHINE MACHINE IN MY HOUSEHOLD.</p> <p>Mike Govender</p>
