500 voucher for opening account but now everyone is quiet

Hi tried to open an account online with all my details, i submitted application and it didnt work, i then phoned the call center and was given the number for the credit depratment, the number didnt work and i called again to the call center and given another number that didnt work, then shanaaz gave me the number for rcs as she said i need to apply for the account through them, i explained to rcs that i wanted a hifi corp account and was told that that is what they do. i was approved and they told me i could collect my card, i asked where and they said i can to to game or makro i thought this was weird but they said they can only collect new cards at these stores and not at hifi corp. now i am following up for my 500R voucher for opening my account, the call center is keeping quiet, RCS tell me to go to hifi corp to ask and rcs tells me to go to hifi corp, i asked ben for feedback by 12 today from hifi corp and he failed to assist and i messaged him and asked me to call rcs, they again told me to contact hifi corp and no ben is not willing to help. i asked for bens manager to call me however he said they are unable to make outgoing calls, i find this hard to believe;. just give me the voucher that was promised for opening account. Hi Fi corp has pathetic customer service and does not care for customers at all.
