3months and no laptop delivered

I bought a laptop online on the 19th March 2020 and it was dispatched to be delivered by FedEx, then it was lockdown and nothing was delivered. I call them on the 5th and they were supposed to return my call within 24hours and still waiting. I called again and was given another reference number and still waiting for them to return my call. This is not acceptable, almost 3 months that I am waiting for my laptop to be delivered and Hifi Corporation is just not bothered to call me and follow up, but they have received my money.
